REASON FOR SITE WALK: Increase building envelope and expand side deck

There were no abutters or others present
SITE WALK: Convened at 5:33 PM. John showed us where the boundaries were and talked about the
14 ft expansion on the road side of the building. This part is beyond the 75 ft setback area.
This will add 336 sft to the building. We also talked about the 5 foot deck expansion to the
Current deck. We went to the front of the building (Water side) and talked about the front
wall being brought out to the edge of the deck. This will add 192 sft to the living area. But
under the new rules will not add any sft to the envelope. We also talked about the addition
of a box culvert for the deck side drainage.
Site walk ended at 5:57 PM.
